Locations and Decoration 
We offer different locations from which you can choose from:
· Gazebo - Located in the middle of the buildings surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and a lake. This is a perfect location for a private event . (from 2 to 60 guests)
· Pool Gazebo - Located on the pool, a beautiful blue gazebo. Ideal for 2 to 10 guests
· Beach Gazebo - Located directly on the sand, with no more background than the blue Varadero Beach. Ideal for informal events and groups, this location is for those who dream of getting pictures on a sunny Caribbean beach. (from 2 to 100 guests and more)
We also have different types of decoration available for all the locations. It could be Traditional White or Blue or Cream style. Chairs covered are on request.
MUSIC 
Included, within the package, to walk down the aisle, we have available a Cuban song, or you can bring your own favorite songs to play (CD). After the event there is a duo of Saxophone and Piano who plays live love songs to dance and enjoy while having the Champagne.
Time for the event 
You can choose any time of the day as long as there is daylight. Considering the time change here in Cuba, sunset between October and March is around 6:00 pm, and from April till September around 7:00 pm.
FLOWERS 
We have a great variety of bridal bouquets to choose from. Depending on the season we offer a selection of tropical flowers. Roses, carnations, bird of paradise and so one are available.
Extra flowers arrangements available with an extra charge.
CAKE 
Our standard cake comes in round or square shape, covered in a white whipped cream frosting and decorated. Any upgrade cake is with extra charge.
The cake could be served after dinner.
WEDDING DINNER 
Subject to availability the hotel will allocate an A La Carte Restaurant for the wedding dinner. In each of the restaurants you will find a buffet for hot and cold appetizers and salads and another one for desserts. For less than 12 people you can order the food directly from the menu. For groups bigger than 12 people you will have to choose a set menu for your group, this means the same food for all your guests. Note please wedding dinner is no private.
For 15 guests we suggest you use:
Mediterranean Restaurant “La Dorada” (air-conditioned)
As appetizers you will find a cold and hot buffet with a variety of salads, cheese selection, seafood and fish.

Table decoration
The table decoration for the dinner is standard. The main table is decorated with a flower centerpiece. If you want to bring some extra decorations to decorate the tables e.g. candles, sea shells,, little sombrero hats, little bags with wine charms and so on, no problem at all, bring it along and we can help you set it on the restaurant! Each Restaurant has a particular table distribution.
