2. Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Kapalua, Maui

Sushi, freshly caught fish, select beef and poultry dishes are some of the delicacies that will be served on your table at Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar. With dishes starting from as low as US$3 upwards, there is room for everyone...even the budget traveller.

3. Chef Mavro in Honolulu

This restaurant is named after its founder Chef George Mavrothalassitis. He is one of the founding fathers of the regional cuisine in Hawaii. His 13 year old fine dining restaurant serves 4-, 6- and 11-course menus. Meals are prepared using local seafood, meats from Niman Ranch, foie gras from Hudson Valley and ducklings from Grimaud Farm.
